We require rental requests to be made at latest 1 week before the event.
Any rentals before 5pm on weekdays must adhere to our noise level guidance as to not disturb our neighboring businesses.
NO SMOKING, DRINKING, OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED.
