Ellie Dougherty

Ellie grew up in Houston, TX, where she spent over 13 years training and competing in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance in a studio setting. In high school, she joined Wonderbox, a K-pop team that sparked her passion for exploring dance styles beyond her classical background. During college, Ellie explored K-pop and street dance by joining teams like ATXKDC, RDC, and UT FSA Modern, even having the opportunity to compete at World of Dance twice. Since becoming an instructor at Evenground in October, Ellie has been deeply grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside her students. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and fun environment where dancers of all levels can thrive.
